Poorest service l have received in over 15 years Service department does not know what they are doing. I was charged for service work that was not done and the car is under a bumper to bumper warrant Service department does not know what they are doing. I was charged for service work that was not done and the car is under a bumper to bumper warranty. They can't find the problem, so l had to not only pay and will not refund the money until they can find the cause. This makes no sense to me. Its not my problem thst their mechanics can't do their job. I obviously have a leak in my a/c. It wouldnt even turn on. They told me they put dye and freon in it and l had to pay $210. They bring the car around, its still wont turn on and is blowing hot air. I go back in and ask how did they test it if they didnt put the dye and freon in. I said no they did not. When he realized they didnt do it, they said it was an oversite when l asked what they did do for the $210? I also questioned how they were able to check for the leak if the dye wasn't in it. Now l have to drive a car with a leaking a/c unit, hope it holds until l take it back for a recheck tying up my time and the vehicle for who knows how long and how many trips back to the dealer. Not what l paid $57,000 for. I have very serious doubts about buying another GM product if their own people can't do service and repairs. More

2019 GMC Terrain Recall / Oil Change Scott was excellent to deal with. I had an 8:45 appt for a recall on my 2019 GMC Terrain. I asked if I could add an oil change but needed to be done Scott was excellent to deal with. I had an 8:45 appt for a recall on my 2019 GMC Terrain. I asked if I could add an oil change but needed to be done by 10:00 to leave for a 10:30 appt.. He was able to have the recall, oil change and tire rotation complete by 10:00 which kept me on schedule. More

Lease new vehicle & Service 2 vehicles Fantastic salesman and staff at this dealership! Even though there was quite a delay in getting my new vehicle (circumstantial; no fault of anyone in Fantastic salesman and staff at this dealership! Even though there was quite a delay in getting my new vehicle (circumstantial; no fault of anyone in particular), I would still recommend this dealership and my salesman, Vincent Epping! I also had an opportunity to have an appointment with the Service Department at this location and was thoroughly impressed with not only the staff in the Service Department, but the quickness/swiftness of service that was done and the attention to detail. As long as I have a vehicle that qualifies for service at this dealership, I will always bring them for service here! So much that I recommended and had my husband change his vehicle's service location and he has since made a service appointment here. The quality of service and the length of time of the service being done is leaps and bounds better than the other Bob Johnson (Chevy) location. More
