Purchased a used Ford Escape and had an all around great experience. Scott was great to work with, and they were able to get a favorable rate for my financing. They weren't willing to work on the sales pr experience. Scott was great to work with, and they were able to get a favorable rate for my financing. They weren't willing to work on the sales price, but overall was a good experience, and felt like I got a decent offer on my trade in. The car was cleaned and detailed very well and was in great shape. They had it out front waiting for me despite me arriving minutes after they opened. There was gnarly vibration on my test drive, but they fixed that and let me take it out again for another drive to confirm the fix. I would recommend Scott and team, and would do business here again. More
