Worst experience by far. Lied to us about not having these keys to the car, that they would need to "re-cut the keys" and it would take a few days, just to find out they sold it to someone else days lat these keys to the car, that they would need to "re-cut the keys" and it would take a few days, just to find out they sold it to someone else days later. Purchase a Car two weeks,ago at first everything was great. After purchasing the car everything went South. I was told there was two keys. When purchasing the car Scotty told me there was two keys. I went back for the dealership I saw Scotty I asked him for the other key he told me there was one key. And Jonathan told me there was one key when I was signing my paperwork. I did not spoke to Jonathan how about a key when I was signing my paperwork. I came back to the dealership I saw Scotty.. I asked them about the other key he basically dismissed me and walk away saying I already told you there's only one key which that was lie. I keep calling back leaving messages two managers no one return my call my best friend I gave him Scotty number purchase a car but with my bad experience he went to Stewart's to get is g90 . These guys were totally professional, and negotiated with me fairly throughout each phase of the process. Scotty was personable as well as the Sales Mgr that ended up increasing my trade and was very pleasa me fairly throughout each phase of the process. Scotty was personable as well as the Sales Mgr that ended up increasing my trade and was very pleasant when I told him I'd like to come back the following day. The following day when I came back, the GM Lou Perry called me in the AM and then met me at the dealership. He gave me further information about my vehicle and provided me with the NADA information showing me the true value of the vehicle. The finance guy, Sal, was great. There were absolutely NO changes to my deal or pressure to add anything that wasn't needed. These guys are FIRST CLASS and take the pain out of purchasing a vehicle! Kudos to Napleton North Palm. More

BEWARE!!!!I was looking for a new car to trade-in for BEWARE!!!! I was looking for a new car to trade-in for my 2017 RAM and saw at cars.com their advertisement of a Palisade Calligraphy from $49,370.0 BEWARE!!!! I was looking for a new car to trade-in for my 2017 RAM and saw at cars.com their advertisement of a Palisade Calligraphy from $49,370.00 to $46,857.00 I saw their reviews (4.6 out of 5) and was confident that I would be taken care of. Sent some messages, spoke to the internet advisor, explained that I had found the car and the price was good and scheduled a visit for today (09/26/2020), so I got my truck and drove 200 miles to meet them. When I get there, i saw that the price was CORRECT. They JUST forgot to mention that they also charge: $9,995.00 - Market Value Adjustment; $ 2,560.00 - Napleton EXPERIENCE??? and $ 2,495.00 - Xzilon??? in the total amount of $15,050.00 or 32.11% on top of the price of the car. I have to say that NONE of the items are optional, so if you want to buy with them, you will have to pay the car + 32.11% for extras. Does it make sense for anyone? Not to me! In my opinion they were trying to rip me off, reason why , after talking to the manager, I skedaddle out of the dealership as soon as I could. I bought many Hyundai in the past 10 years, all in the same dealership (not this one, of course) They NEVER put a mark up, nor tried to push me extras like them and SURPRISE, SURPRISE, they have the same car for the suggested price given by Hyundai. So, I am going Going there next Monday to get my new SUV for a honest price. I DO NOT recommend them, at all. More
