Geordie made buying my new car an easy process. He smiled the whole time regardless of how many test drives I wanted to do....and I challenged that limit!!! His honesty is refreshing and I love that he worked so hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else. Sean was also a pleasure to deal when it came to the money part! Gave me the best deal possible and was also super friendly which was much appreciated!! They consistently make me feel that I am important as a customer, and that my concerns matter. Amanda is the model of efficiency and professionalism when I arrive. When you buy Toyota, you're getting quality and piece of mind. And the same goes for dealing with Gwen and Sean, they took care of me and my family. From setting me up with a beautiful vehicle we could afford to answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend buying a Toyota but More importantly, speaking to Gwen. Lease buyout - go elsewhere Leased a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago. Good car so wanted to buy out the lease at lease end. This dealership wanted to charge the Toyo Leased a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago. Good car so wanted to buy out the lease at lease end. This dealership wanted to charge the Toyota fee of $300 + its own in-house $200 fee. I was told that they can’t move on these fees and that it’s way cheaper than other Toyota dealerships. Made a cold call to a Toyota dealership in Toronto. No hassles and no BS. Charged me a flat $300 and that’s it. Toyota Town has lost my business. More

Excellent Service Once Again I had my vehicle serviced at ToyotaTown (and it's not even a Toyota) for regular maintenance and summer tires. Have been for over 10 years. Rob, the I had my vehicle serviced at ToyotaTown (and it's not even a Toyota) for regular maintenance and summer tires. Have been for over 10 years. Rob, the Service Advisor was excellent as so is the entire staff. I love that they have a few workstations with WIFI so you can work while waiting. They always make sure I am comfortable and have what I need. I bought my last two vehicles at Toyota mainly for the service, and I'm in the process of buying a third. Very much appreciate their transparency through the buying process. Thanks again for the great service... More
