I would never take my vehicle here again, or would I ever recommend this place. The service manager, Shawn, and this Hispanic lady that works with him, they both are incompetent and liars. They both should b recommend this place. The service manager, Shawn, and this Hispanic lady that works with him, they both are incompetent and liars. They both should be fired because I don’t understand how they are still working there trying to take people’s hard earned money. They told me I had to pay an astronomical amount of money just to get a diagnostic done to my car when I have a warranty on the vehicle. I will soon report this business to the Better Businesses Bureau. Please anyone if you are reading this DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WEBB CHEVY IN OAK LAWN! More

They don’t follow directions thru did use my Warranty as I asked or never called them until it was time for me to pick up my car so I never had the opportunity to say yes I have the money or no I can’t.
