Bought a sunshade from Scott Buford in the parts department while we were waiting for some of the paperwork to clear. Traci Roberts gave crystal clear explanations of cost and contents of extra packages (maintenance, security, etc.). No pressure. Before we left the lot, Sean went through everything with us, including making sure our cell phones were hooked up to the car's blue tooth. He then introduced us to his manager, Loren Henry, and we were on our way. Everything was completed before noon with, you guessed it, no pressure! More

It is rare to get that kind of customer care these days. I had to remain at the dealership while things were finalized and Sean and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and frequently checked in with me to make sure everything was fine or to just have a chat and a few laughs.
