Sean was a pleasure to work with! We drove almost 500 miles to see our truck. Made an appointment with sean and everything went smothly! Photos online were just as good in person, some dealers just snap a few pics of the good spots, and you show up and the vehicle looks awful. Not this one! We negotiated on the price and walked out an hour later with our new truck. Will deff go back again if we need to make another purchase and when that happens we want Sean!! My 5 year old son Eli made a new friend in Sean! Even colored him a picture to hang at his desk!! Thanks for everything Ford of Cookeville, yall are the best! More

At first, I was really nervous about the experience, because I have never been to a dealership before, but Sean he was the man he was the man that made magic happen, even when I had a lot of doubt in m because I have never been to a dealership before, but Sean he was the man he was the man that made magic happen, even when I had a lot of doubt in myself, the first immediate thing he did was just make me feel like family and comfortable and not only me but to my wife and kids as well, he went up and beyond further than I could’ve ever asked him to do. He worked with me on every different way that we could find it, and sat for hours, and never even left for lunch or even took a break until he made sure that my family would leave in an amazing safe reliable vehicle that fit to our budget even when the first two vehicles were at a no go. He still didn’t give up. And now me my wife and my three kids have a wonderful new Ford edge which was nicer than anything we could’ve ever dreamed of being able to afford so all I can say is thank you to this man for bending over backwards and helping the family reach their goals in life More
