I have just completed my fifth BMW purchase from BMW Sudbury, all of them European deliveries; meaning that I pick up the ordered car at a BMW's facility in Munich, Germany, drive it in Europe, drop it off at designated locations, where it is then shipped to BMW Sudbury. This latest car was a 2016 340i xDrive and it's a changed model, with production only starting this past July. I would be picking it up only a month later. This short time frame made this purchase challenging, and I want to give credit to Sean Murtagh, my client adviser, for making it work. I had told him that it was essential for me to take delivery on a specific early date, so he had to make arrangements with BMW's European Delivery Department, before the computer would even allow the order to be placed.
I have gone back over and over again to BMW Sudbury because its pricing is fair and I recommend that anyone visiting there seek Sean out. He has also been a client adviser there for many years, so has a lot of knowledge about the cars.
I also like the service. My service rep is Chris Hatch and he is always accommodating to my Wife's schedule, since we live a good distance away. She generally brings the car in and Chris gets her a good loaner car when necessary.
In reading other reviews I saw that Pranav Gill, the General Manager and Fahad Arshad get mentioned. I can affirm that both care about their customers, which also makes this dealership a good place to be if something should ever go wrong.
