I enjoy the outdoors, camping and general outdoor activities. The automobile business has always been a very enjoyable career as well as fulfilling. The interaction with employees and customers is very enjoyable and brings me great satisfaction. I have made a lot of very good and long lasting relationships in the community as well as in the industry over the years. I enjoy technology and how it effects our lives and work, for good and for bad. Keeping up with new trends and how they pertain to the automobile business has really been an enjoyable and challenging endeavor. I am always looking forward to meeting new people and trying new ideas.

Worst experience I have had at a dealership all thanks to Sean O'Keefe. I don't know how he got a position as a Service Manager, but he is far from qualified. I had an issue with a charge on my bill and Sean Sean O'Keefe. I don't know how he got a position as a Service Manager, but he is far from qualified. I had an issue with a charge on my bill and Sean was nasty right from the beginning of our interaction. He was condescending, blamed me for the issue, said his employees could never make a mistake and gave me an ultimatum as a "resolution". This miserable man should not be managing a customer service based department, let alone work in customer service. I tried to contact the dealership owner and there was no response, so they clearly don't care or have standards. I have bought all my cars and serviced my vehicles here, and since this interaction, I will never give another cent to such a shameful company. Sean will continue to lose customers for the business as long as he is employed there. More

First he is a real gentleman, courteous, respectful and very personable. He is also quite knowledgeable about his product. When I arrived at the dealership that day it was for an oil change but I left having purchased my new vehicle. I felt no pressure from Bill, quite different from the reputation given to car sales people. I felt that Bill was trustworthy and honest. Bad everything but I like the car(windows excluded) The salesman was late making the delivery when I told him I had another appointment. I missed it. They took my checkbook, said I lost it, returned it The salesman was late making the delivery when I told him I had another appointment. I missed it. They took my checkbook, said I lost it, returned it 2 weeks later. Not fun looking for that checkbook over and over. Their paperwork said I traded in a Traverse when in fact it was a Ford Focus. That caused some drama. Car I bought had a serious defect that was not detectable unless wearing polarized sunglasses. When the sun shines and I'm wearing my prescription shades I can hardly see out the front side windows. I assume this will present some danger over the years. I lost 30 hours in wages because they kept me coming back, and then they refused to fix it. They ordered new windows (I don't think so) and they came with the same defect. Therefore Mr. O'keefe said that they could not get usable windows for the car. Every 2017 Camry had the same windows. Rode 17 miles in heavy traffic 3 times as they lead me to believe it would be corrected. i will file a complaint with NHTSA, already reported to my insurance company. I will never go back. They say the right things but don't do them. A big difference. Don't trust them and that certified warranty isn't with the paper it's written on. Also had a problem with tread coming off a tire with 17,000 miles on it. I did like Kent as he was patient and knowledgeable. Very pleasant. He tried to help with the window problem but once the sale was made he was toothless. More

Service Manager is a Jerk Went in because of a shimmey in the tires. I had just been there a few days before to have scheduled service done which included tire rotation. They Went in because of a shimmey in the tires. I had just been there a few days before to have scheduled service done which included tire rotation. They told me it would most likely cost me $70 to have that problem fixed. I told them that I didn’t feel that was right because the tires were new and they just rotated them and maybe the mechanic knocked the wheel weight off when rotating. The service manager asked to see me in his office and basically tried to make me feel like a jerk and was very sarcastic and condescending. I told him that I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me and the conversation would end now. Complete jerk and he shouldn’t be sitting at that desk. More
