Deal I got on the truck was good. Getting them to honor the new left front tire as witten in the sales contract and signed by the used vehicle sales manager and me is NO BUENO! I was promised by my sales guy Shawn and the finance guy Saturday evening July 6, 2019 they'd both call me on Monday July 8, 2019 to set up the time for me to drive from TECUMSEH, OK to west Norman to get the unsafe tire (big chunk in the sidewalk) replaced. Well it's Wednesday, July 10, 2019 and no call to get the new left front tire installed by Shawn the sales guy. The finance guy called late Monday afternoon saying he put the wrong miliage down wrong on my trade in truck. Wanted me to set up a time to come back and sign this form. My response was I'll come by your office when him or my salesman call with the date and time to get the new tire. It was what new tire? The who was your salesman I said Shawn and reminded him I have a copy of the sales invoice. He said he'd talk to Shawn and him or Shawn would be calling me giving date and time to come get the new tire installed. Both the day of the sale wanted to say how long Ferguson had been in business and how honest they are. Well so far in my experience I'm not seeing a whole lot of honesty. Ferguson Doesn't want to honor a unsafe tire, to replace would cost them less than $300. This is the reason people do not trust car dealers of new and used lots. We just pray this unsafe tire doesn't blow out in this heat while we have 1 of 7 grandchildren with us. This review will be posted on Google maps, RedIt, Yelp and Facebook. Ferguson I've called 2 times about this only to be put on hold for way too long. More

Pleasant purchase I hate buying cars. This was the first time I felt like I was given fair trade in price and price of my purchased vehicle was more than reasonable. Sa I hate buying cars. Acceptable Sales staff was great however the final prep on the vehicle was a little sloppy. Paint touch up appeared to be just globbed on, could of been a littl Sales staff was great however the final prep on the vehicle was a little sloppy. Paint touch up appeared to be just globbed on, could of been a little more professional. Heck we left the vehicle with them for 2 days to get it correctly done. Experience with Shawn was excellent however when we got in to pick up the vehicle he was off for the day and we were in a hurry and did not really look the vehicle over until we got it home. More

Terrible I dropped my truck off to have the door lock actuator replaced, they told me they would call in a couple of hours to let me know something and I never I dropped my truck off to have the door lock actuator replaced, they told me they would call in a couple of hours to let me know something and I never heard back so at 5 when I got off I had to call them because I never received an update, and I was stranded with no ride home and I live in Edmond and work in Moore. Then the next day they called and said they had the actuator and it should be done by 5-5:30, I called at 4 to get a shuttle and they forgot to pick me up and I didn’t get picked up until 5:40pm and then got to the dealership and they said they were buttoning up my truck and would have it done in 15 minutes and after an hour and a half I finally got to leave to the dealership at around 7:15-7:30pm. Then they tried to charge me for the repair after I had already told them I had an extended warranty. I felt like no one communicated well with me or each other in the service department and was lied to many times. I had an awful experience buying my vehicle there as well as they didn’t give me my title to pay for the TT&L for 2 months and I was charged an extra $75.00 at the tag agency. I will never be buy another vehicle at Ferguson or be bringing it in there to be worked on and definitely not recommending the dealership to anyone else. More

We lived over an hour away and they worked hard to have as much ready for us when we got there so that they did not take too much of our time and I really appreciated that! More

Good experience, but I wish they were a little more forward I inquired about a used 2015 GMC Acadia I found online, and I was connected to Sean Stuart. In our first conversation, I expressed to Sean that my wi I inquired about a used 2015 GMC Acadia I found online, and I was connected to Sean Stuart. In our first conversation, I expressed to Sean that my wife and I were looking at another Acadia with a rival dealership. I gave him the information regarding the other Acadia and he texted me a short while later with a better offer on the one in Ferguson's possession. Both models were 2015's and both had the SLT trim, however, Ferguson's had 7k fewer miles and the sunroof package. My wife loved this. We drove down that evening to test drive and talk about financing. My wife and I took it for a test drive, checked out the interior and gadgets. We walked around the vehicle as well, but it was very hard to make out any damage, as the truck is dark in color and it was very dark and rainy that evening. When we arrived back from test driving, my wife and I sat down to discuss with Sean. I told him if we are to buy this vehicle we wanted the windows tinted, new windshield wiper blades, and the interior detailed, as it looked a little dirty. Sean told me that wouldn't be an issue. We then visited with Krystal Marazzi in the finance office. She was a lot of fun to work with and made our experience very enjoyable. I did get frustrated when my wife and I were offered a 6+% interest rate and it felt like I had to negotiate that down to fit my credit score. After that evening, the plan was to come back on Monday to sign the paper's and drive the SUV home after the windows were done and the interior was detailed. I received a call from Sean asking for me to come in on Saturday to close the deal. I expressed what my expectations were for Monday and that I was told the truck in mine and it would be set aside. I was then asked to put some hold money down so no one tried to take it. Sales tactic? Yes. Frustrating? EXTREMELY. So my family plans for that day were put on hold so we could go down and sign that paper's. After we signed the paper's and picked up the key's, Sean handed me a fuel card for a free tank of gas, which was really awesome. My family and I went to eat lunch and that's when we discovered the "bang up" job on the Acadia. It appears the Acadia had been wrecked at some point and not been bothered to be fixed. This large scuffs in the paint and dents were not easy to see in the dark. I've gone back since we've had it and tried to see if I just overlooked them, but no, they really are extremely hard to see. Being a 2015, I expect some scratches, maybe some dings, but this was a little much. Seeing how we had already signed the paper's we were stuck. My wife's excitement went a little dull, as we were forced into this purchase because her previous SUV had gone bad, but she was getting something she had wanted for a long time. On the following Tuesday, she took the truck in to be tinted and detailed. The tent looks good, but the truck was not detailed, again. I had asked Sean to do all this Saturday, but he said the tint shop was closed, however it would be cleaned and the new wipers put on. On Tuesday, the tint was done and the vehicle was vacuumed and wiped down, with real attention to detail. On the plus side, Krystal called me back a few days later and asked my wife and I to come back and sign more paperwork, she had found us a better interest rate, than what we had originally signed for. I'd like to give 3.5 stars, rather than a 3 or a 4. Sean was very professional and very easy to work with. Krystal was a blast. We knew she was staying late to work with us, but she never once treated us like a bother for having to stay. My biggest issue is not being forthcoming about the damage on the truck, especially with it being so late when we arrived. I'm in sales and I know that the goal is to close the deal, but I also feel every detail should be given to the customer, as well. I can't say for certain we would have changed our minds about the SUV, but at the least the shock and feeling of being deceived wouldn't have been there. I also find it disappointing that the truck wasn't detailed like we spoke about. My wife is enjoying the Acadia. She couldn't be happier with the performance and room it provides. The bells and whistles that came with it are fun too. I'd recommend a purchase from Ferguson's, just be very intense with your review of the vehicle and be ready to haggle interest rates. More
