Overall, great, but get on the ball with some details. Overall, everything was great. Sean was awesome and very friendly and professional. However, I explicitly stated that I did not want a bunch of followup emails and calls from the dealership. They even had a document for me to sign stating I chose to have no emails sent to me. I think I had at least 3 emails in the first 24hrs and more after that. They also scheduled me for a maintenance appointment without asking. They just did it. About 3 weeks later they call me to tell me they never got the emissions tested on the vehicle so they couldn't get the license plates and registration done. They gave me the choice of driving the vehicle 30 miles back to the dealer to have them do it, or do it on my own and they would reimburse me the $9 for the test. No offer to come and get the vehicle to have it done. No offer to reimburse me for the time and lost work to do it myself. Basically, they just wanted me to do their work/jobs for them for free. More
