The only issue was that the premium audio option from Bowers & Wilkins wa with the help of Elvis Blohm and was very happy about the whole experience. I learned about that option only when the car was due to arrive from Germany, so it was too late to make any changes. I was referred to Elvis by a good friend of mine that's a GM Century BMW and could not be more thrilled about the entire process and experience!! I was referred to Elvis by a good friend of mine that's a GM at a Ford Dealership when I asked for help on how to order a new G80 M3. From the beginning through the end Elvis and the entire team went out of their way to make this the best experience and for a competitive and fair deal. They kept me engaged and in the loop, ensured that the order was perfect including allowing me to check out similar cars to dial it in, and then when the car was finally delivered, the service continued by making sure all my "unique" requests were met including not taking the plastic off! They were able to quickly take through the paperwork process took the time to explain all the details and features of the car, and introduce me to my service advisor. Through this process Elvis became a good friend. Also a special shoutout to the Finance Manager, Sean Koga, for being super efficient and similarly amazing. I'll definitely be recommending Elvis / New Century BMW to everyone and buying any future cars from them as well! More
