am so disappointed with Riverchase Kia. My mother bought a new Kia from them a few years ago. She has had air conditioning problems ever since she has had the vehicle. She has taken the v My mother bought a new Kia from them a few years ago. She has had air conditioning problems ever since she has had the vehicle. She has taken the vehicle in multiple times, charged hundreds, been without a car for weeks on end and the air conditioner still is not working. She gets the runaround to what seems to be a warranty issue. The service manager never answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. I would not recommend the service department or Riverchase Kia. Once you purchase a vehicle from them, they refuse to back the vehicle they sell. More

Update: after my car had been here for two weeks, the general manager, Eddie, stepped in when he heard my complaints. With that being said, he was able to get the repairs, that hadn’t been fixed for 2 we general manager, Eddie, stepped in when he heard my complaints. Work not done So I took my car into be serviced at Riverchase Kia, where I bought it, and I paid for my wheels to be rotated, only to get home and know for a fact So I took my car into be serviced at Riverchase Kia, where I bought it, and I paid for my wheels to be rotated, only to get home and know for a fact that they were not rotated.
