We are not new to owning great cars – LR, BMW, RIVIAN, AUDI, VW – all new auto purchases we own ‘til they drop; we know that all dealerships are not created equal.] I purchased-drove home after sunset and didn’t see some dings on the door. Dealership went above and beyond to bring it back to its “like new” beauty!

Greeting me like it was her home, proud to walk out with me to point out the Audi lot layout. She understood that I didn’t want to be “hounded” down by an aggressive salesperson. Felicia’s warm positive energy was key to me staying to browse while she found me the perfect salesman. 5-Star Sales: Sergio Rivera –Sergio’s patient sales approach was to take time to hear my feedback of likes/dislikes while test-driving 4 cars (new and used); shared details about each model…I never felt rushed. He truly allowed me to take my time to make the best auto investment. Great listener - got me into the perfect car for me! I say that because at one point during test drive #3, I was changing my mind about which auto I was leaning towards. Sergio quickly reminded me about a key feature I found uncomfortable (headrest positioning in 2025 vs. 2024 model due to my chronic neck injury). 
Sergio felt like a fast-friend through the sales experience! 5-Star Finance: Tim Nguyen’s relaxed, friendly approach to the “paperwork” totally put us at ease. This process could be very stuffy and stressful… Tim made the purchase experience as good as it gets. 5-Star Dealership Manager: Mike Mazak has managed to create a positive culture, welcoming dealership, from my experience just walking in to “window shop” - on to - sales and service. Mike took the time to greet me to welcome me then to congratulate me on my purchase. 5-Star Service Dept: Michael DePasquale was very quick to take my call and patiently assist with a concern I had as a new SQ5 owner still acclimating to the vehicle. 5-Star Sales/Tech Support post sell: Eduardo was Sergio’s tag team to assist on my drop-in visit to go over all the Audi SQ5 dashboard features. Eduardo was so patient and happy to share all he knew toggling between the different screens and settings. There was a true trust and teaming between Sergio and Eduardo that shined through! More

I had a very good experience- Rich was incredibly knowledgable about the Audi brand and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He is also very easy to work with- approachable, friendly, and not pushy. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. All of my expectations were far exceeded. I'd highly recommend this Audi branch and salesman. I had to drive a bit to get to this branch- and I would do it again in the future. More
