This is our first Toyota and I was apprehensive about how we would fare in the service arena after having high end cars with very attentive personal service. I went to the dealership on 2/18/11 to have a noise checked. Benny told me the noise was from the brakes. I said to myself "how Much is this going to cost?" Benny told me it was covered under my factor checked. Benny told me the noise was from the brakes. I said to myself "how Much is this going to cost?" I was very happy with Tasha!! She was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. She told me what time to come in for the oil change and they service guy took my car immediately.
