The company was very dishonest in fixing my car. They used glue to stick back a damaged part leading to damage of the car. Prior to this I specifically informed them to replace the part using the authentic way. But they took my money for the new part - didn’t use it but instead used the old part and used GLUE to attach it. They were hoping that I would not notice. Smh. They failed to document their fault officially and gave the run around with a lot of verbal promises to pacifier the magnitude of the situation. I have lost all trust with the company and will never take my car here again. It makes me wonder what other dishonest things have occurred to my car over the last 3 yrs of being a customer here. They lack integrity! More
