I am happy to say that in spite of some initial hiccups with my previously enjoyed 2022 Grand Wagoneer, the management, service department and sales moved heaven and earth to remedy the issues with my vehi with my previously enjoyed 2022 Grand Wagoneer, the management, service department and sales moved heaven and earth to remedy the issues with my vehicle and get me back on the road as quick as possible. My salesperson Shane Mallonee was responsive even on his day off and got into gear the moment he heard I was having issues with my vehicle and saw through with what he said he was going to do until I was back in my vehicle and down the road. Bill Shaw in management called me directly after my previous review and assured me that he would be following up personally with my vehicle and working with the service department to make sure I got back into it before my roadtrip tomorrow. Also, he added me to a group text with the service advisor working on my vehicle and himself in the chat with me, so we could all be on the same page together. This is excellent customer service and represents something rarely found in the car business or anywhere else. In the service side, Calvin and Mike did a great job staying in communication with me and letting me know where parts were in transit and what was being down to remedy the issues I was having with my vehicle. Mike went on a test drive with me after I returned to retrieve the vehicle to personally show me what had been done and to see that the vehicle was driving correctly. All around I had a fantastic experience with this purchase and even with the service issues with the vehicle, I'm assured in knowing that in the future if something presents itself, these folks are going to be in my corner to make sure I'm back on the road as quickly and agreeably as possible. Purchased a certified pre-owned grand wagoneer obsidian after trading in my Grand Cherokee summit reserve L. Realized that the vehicle has terrible swirls and scratches all through the paint when I get hom after trading in my Grand Cherokee summit reserve L. Realized that the vehicle has terrible swirls and scratches all through the paint when I get home and the next day my real issues began. The rear lift gate hands-free opener didn't work, when leaving to take my son to school, the defroster turned on by itself and fogged the windshield completely. I attempted to turn on the windshield wipers since I couldn't see anything and I was in traffic, windshield wipers would not turn on. I was completely blind and stuck in traffic. I needed to turn on my hazard lights and stop traffic so I could wipe the windshield off to be able to pull over and turn the defrost on high heat while using the windshield sprayer until I could see between the drops enough to be able to drive. As I was driving, I attempted to use the automatic cruise control and lane keep assist. Neither worked even though they were turned on in the settings. As I continued to drive, the tire pressure monitor system showed all 4 tires suddenly 10 psi lower than what they had previously shown, then the psi went up to 35, then 32, then the numbers kept changing without any rhyme or reason. I have owned this car for less than 24 hours and it is totally unacceptable that a car could be sold in this condition with this host of faults. If these issues are not remedied, I will be returning the vehicle as soon as possible. More

He heard my needs and wants and was sure to point me in that direction. He gave a detailed tour of the vehicle along with features and was very customer friendly. My finance manager was Chris W. He was welcoming and understanding. He was sure to hear my financial needs and did what he could to meet them and make sure I was covered for the long run. I was skeptical at first but Shane and Chris made this a smooth transition for me! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, I am the last to join the Arrigo family, as my two sisters are already apart of the family! More
