Respectful, courteous, no games, informative - easiest purchase of a vehicle. I made an appointment, the vehicle was waiting for me, they explained all the vehicle features/options and then went to finan purchase of a vehicle. They showed me the whole facility. I went on a test drive. They answered all of my questions. Finance was easy to deal with. No one was pushy.
