No communication at all from the service advisor, I had to call to get updates. Was told it would be completed within a few days, it was dropped off Monday, called in Thursday, Shannon told me possibly Fri to call to get updates. Was told it would be completed within a few days, it was dropped off Monday, called in Thursday, Shannon told me possibly Friday pickup. I called In Monday and was told a part was needed, a guy on the phone, said I should be glad they even looked at the truck, and they just ordered the part, said it could take another two weeks. I had to complain to get this moving, as this is my business truck, I picked up truck on Wednesday. Never waited this long for a completion on a recall. I would never return to Don Davis for anything More

Scheduling a service call does not actually guarantee that your vehicle will be serviced. I was told it would be 4 days before it got looked at since they only had 1 tech that did electrical work.
