I had a general service done on my 2023 Silverado 3500. Witch included oil, oil filter, fuel filter, grease/ lube, and a hole list of checks that the dealer has list on a sheet of paper that was checked o Witch included oil, oil filter, fuel filter, grease/ lube, and a hole list of checks that the dealer has list on a sheet of paper that was checked off by the tech. Everything was done except the Lube , when I got it home I noticed the grease fitting were dry. Call the dealer manager he made the arrangements to pick the truck up bring it back to the shop an grease it and brought it back to me. Now this is the second time this happened with this dealer, the frist time I let go. If this happens again I will no longer deal with this dealer. More

No pressure salesman. The only fault I can find is the circus that ensued trying to get the MyChevy App to work on my cell phone. Problems ensued when I tried to change em The only fault I can find is the circus that ensued trying to get the MyChevy App to work on my cell phone. Problems ensued when I tried to change email addresses because of a forgotton password. No one at the dealership, nor several different OnStar facilitators could get the app to connect with my new Eqinox or Onstar.Neither OnStar nor the dealership staff had the ability to just delete the messed up account and start over. 3 hours were spent at the dealership not counting actual purchase of the Equinox, and 3 more hours the next day and they could not connect the app! Not a good impression! I will say I amhappy with the purchase of my 2024 Equinox RS otherwise. More
