We were on vacation and our Acura MDX died the day before departure up in Bluffton. We had it towed to Southern Motors Acura hoping we could get it repaired since it was Memorial Day weekend. They had the pa departure up in Bluffton. We had it towed to Southern Motors Acura hoping we could get it repaired since it was Memorial Day weekend. They had the part in stock and 24 hours later we picked up our car and departed for home just a day later than planned. Shareen Johnson in the service department was wonderful and so helpful. I know we were lucky they had the part but I think they sped it up since we were out of town. Shareen was the best and they were very accommodating! More

Nightmare I took my TL in for a oil change.2.5 hours later they tell me I have a blown head gasket & that my car is smoking!! I’m like what y’all better call th I took my TL in for a oil change.2.5 hours later they tell me I have a blown head gasket & that my car is smoking!! I’m like what y’all better call the police up here. It’s doesn’t take 2.5 hours for no oil change. They made everything my fault that I had ran my car hot. Both managers where so nasty to me. After going back & forth for another hour they finally agreed to let me use their vehicle to check my car out. They call me 2 days later to tell me the tech put a extra quart of oil in my car which made it smoke. I got no Apology’s for their wrong doings and for wasting my time!! Never again will I use this dealership!!!! Shareen Johnson knew that my car wasn’t smoking when she checked it in but didn’t open her mouth!! Lesson learned I’m just gonna stick with granger Honda for all my car needs More

Stay away.....they are crooks I paid to have my car serviced here but hey toook My money and failed to change my filter. They refused to deliver on their promises. They are intentionally misleading. Also their vehicles are way too high. More

My first service I had my TLX serviced for the first time. It was a complete pleasure from start to finish. Very helpful and was as pleased with service as I was with I had my TLX serviced for the first time. It was a complete pleasure from start to finish. Disappointed Customer Dear Southern Motors Acura On Nov 10, 2016, I took my Acura MDX for Oil Change at Southern Motors Acura Savannah Ga. Right after 1 week of the oil Dear Southern Motors Acura On Nov 10, 2016, I took my Acura MDX for Oil Change at Southern Motors Acura Savannah Ga. Right after 1 week of the oil change, the Oil Change Due light started blinking again. I took it back to the dealership and inquired about the same. The technician/front desk (Shareen Johnson) responded very rudely that it’s not a big deal, looks like we just forgot the reset the light, whereas the condition of the oil and the filter doesn’t seems that it would have been recently changed. I requested them to change the oil again which they denied and ask me that they will offer me a free service next time. I requested them again that instead of offering me free service next time, why don’t you take care of this issue today. I went to the manager (Andy) to discuss this issue, but before I reach, Shareen had already called Andy and have given him the false information. So, I went to Andy (Who even didn’t offered us to sit) and explained him my issue, Andy replied that he will honor the Shareen Words and can’t do anything for me, other than a free service next time. My issue is why they are willing to give me a free service next time… why not now… I am very much disappointed by the behavior of the staff of a Premium Brand Service Center, someone would even not expect this kind of behavior and attitude from a known Brands Dealership.
