Animals are the best therapy in my life. I use to ride horses competitively where I learned my love for animals. I have a rescue dog named Leo who can make a bad day a good day and good day a great day. I have been married for 22 years to the love of my life. I grew up in Northern Indiana and moved to Branson, MO for a few years, I loved Branson but I sure missed family and friends back here so we moved back. My father and mother taught me to care more about others and be there for people. I love the ability to use this quality in my life everyday at Castle. Don't be surprised to see pictures Leo when you come to visit and please bring some pictures of your pets too.

Ask for Blake and your search is over! We searched high and low from Portage to Mishawaka and only one other person and dealership was close to the experience we had with Blake and the Cast We searched high and low from Portage to Mishawaka and only one other person and dealership was close to the experience we had with Blake and the Castle Ford team. This was our second purchase from the Castle group (first was Castle Subaru in Portage). Blake was patient while answering our (approximately) couple million questions, greeted us with a genuine smile each time we came back, and took the time to locate the exact vehicle we were looking for that was in budget! It was truly a low pressure and relaxed environment. He had the confidence in the truck he found to have us look over every square inch (even gave us a flashlight to do it!) on a lift, on the ground, and probably would've moved earth to let us see it upside down. We were allowed to test drive it, take it to an independent mechanic, test drive it some more, talk about it amongst ourselves without him involved, and come back with new questions. There were a few minor concerns that were found and addressed prior to completion of the sale without complaint and had an agreement on sale to have a couple of glass chips filled on return. Without a doubt, it was the lowest pressure and most relaxed we've felt at about 14 different locations. Sharon in financing was excellent in taking the time to explain the warranty coverage options and GAP insurance. We ended up going with a longer extended warranty that we requested after seeing the value in having the vehicle covered against an expense we wouldn't want to pay for out of pocket. We only met briefly with Greg, but it was an enjoyable experience to meet with a manager who was down to earth and cared more about the proper vehicle for our needs, like Blake, instead of shoehorning us into a vehicle that we didn't want just to finish a sale. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience where we always felt welcomed instead of being dismissed or the phone hung up on us based on looks, income, questions, or our discerning vehicle selections. If you're unsure who to start with, make sure you end up with the Castle Team! Also, if you thought your visit was good enough, a box of butterscotch Dilly bars will be well received by the team :) More

I flew to Michigan City, IN from South Carolina to pick the car up. They picked me up from the airport. My husband and I were treated very well and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars - when I spoke about financing on the phone I was told an approximate interest rate with a good credit rating (mine is excellent), and when I signed the paperwork I discovered that the rate was much higher and there had been no communication with me concerning that. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealer, and you should request to see Milt - He was wonderful! More

Truck tire Bought the truck in July 2018. Continually took it back for the right front tire not holding air. They told me they checked the tire, rotated the tir Bought the truck in July 2018. They said they checked the sensor and.could not find anything wrong even though the yptire was visibly low, I took it back this week and ended up paying 178.00 because now they said the sensor was bad. Ok so it took them 4 months of teling me they could not find the problem and WOW all of a sudden I need to pay the 178.00 to repair a problem that existed? I had my oil changed in October coupon said 29..99 and I paid 68.00 because I didn't bring the coupon. When I ask if they checked the antifreeze I was told oh its ok the truck is only 2 years old. Ok that was not what I ask and is it such a big deal to check the antifreeze? It really bothers me that Castle is acting like Hirsch. I really hope Castle doesn't take their clients that lightly. Your sales team is great but when you have a problem wow. I have another when I turn more sharply or when I had to make a hard stop my seat moved to the side. This happens every time. Am i comfortable going back in with another complaint? No I am not. More
