Worst dealer experience ever I brought my Escalade into service i came back outside to see a porter leaning against my vehicle and when i said something he got into my face as if he wanted to fight i let t service i came back outside to see a porter leaning against my vehicle and when i said something he got into my face as if he wanted to fight i let the service manger at the time know what happened and he replied with how many years the guy worked there didnt seem to concerned. Second incident brought my vehicle in for service and my headphones for rear entertainment came up missing was promised another set , im still waiting 🤷‍♂️ More

Findlay Cadillac service is totally and completely AWESOME. Joe is now my go to service guy. He took amazing and great care of me & my caddy.. Poor caddy had imtermitten electrical issues and a few o AWESOME. Joe is now my go to service guy. He took amazing and great care of me & my caddy..
