I was told the service would take 45 min to an hour, by the person who scheduled me and by the one who was there when I arrived. I asked about loaner car it transportation and was told it was mot needed be the person who scheduled me and by the one who was there when I arrived. I asked about loaner car it transportation and was told it was mot needed because of the short time it was going to take. It took 2 hours and so was not given any updates during this time. Several hours after my car was done and I was home I received a phone call telling me my car was done…..I wish there was another Volvo dealership close to me because I am not thrilled by Ferman. I can also tell you about another time when I asked the service personell about a notification I receive intermittently when driving, my dash board will ding and a message comes up “cancelled driver override”. The service personell was kind of dismissive stating they have never heard of that. No attempt was made to investigate, very disappointing. More

The service was great, as always, but the way the accessory had to be installed was not what I would expect from Volvo. Given a choice, I would not have this option installed. The installation proces accessory had to be installed was not what I would expect from Volvo. Given a choice, I would not have this option installed. The installation process necessitated some cutting of plastic and wiring runs that look a bit like a cheap aftermarket hack job. It's not the fault of the service department, but the way Volvo designed the accessory for dealer installation. Would definitely not recommend the digital rearview mirror unless it comes straight from the factory. More
