Met with Samir to go over replacing my current Ford Ranger. Samir showed me photos of select F-150s in my price range and assured myself they would find a vehicle for me at or super close to my current Ranger. After finding the preferred Vehicle, I informed Samir that we would purchase the vehicle as long as the payment was the same or less. The monthly payment continued to increase each time numbers were brought up to me. Eventually since my 18 month old son was well passed his nap time, we agreed on a payment over $100 per month over our budget. Customer service was polite but I am left disappointed the dealer couldn't get a better payment for my new vehicle. I feel my Ranger should have been purchased for a higher value and felt slightly taken advantage of departing the dealer. This will HIGHLY impact my eagerness to continue being an Envision Ford Customer. I seek to refinance my vehicle and be done with Ford financing because of that disappointment. More
