New Car Purchase I took my 2014 Ford Explorer to Pat Miliken Ford for an oil change and spoke with Shauntice Richmond about an extended warranty. Shauntice listens to I took my 2014 Ford Explorer to Pat Miliken Ford for an oil change and spoke with Shauntice Richmond about an extended warranty. Shauntice listens to the customer! To my surprise she diligently worked out a deal that allowed me to drive home in a 2017 Explorer for a few hundred dollars more than it would have cost to purchase an extended warranty.. Shauntice made the sales experience enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new car! More
