I had looked at several dealerships for a new car after my Sonata got stolen because of the theft vulnerability. I haven’t had a car payment in almost 20 years and I was not happy about having to get a new my Sonata got stolen because of the theft vulnerability. I haven’t had a car payment in almost 20 years and I was not happy about having to get a new car, but if I did I figured I might as well leave a new one with better gas mileage and safety features. Ironically, after visiting dealerships fr multiple brands, I ended up whittling my decision down to either a Sonata SEL and Sonata Blue at one dealership. I was about to pull the trigger, but I decided to shop around through the Costco Auto Program after seeing some not so great reviews on DealerRater about the dealership I was working with. Not only did Hyundai Tustin BEAT the prices I got from the other dealership, they were willing to honor half the rebate on a Hyundai recall that the national manufacturer was not recording in their system—even though my vehicle qualified. Not only that, but they offer service and maintenance for the life of the lease at no additional charge! I can’t believe I considered anywhere else. You get what you pay for, but I got everything I could ask for and more! I really appreciate Rooben, Greg, Shawn and the team helping me make the most of a bad situation! More

My husband recently purchased a Mazda from Mazda in Tustin and that’s what brought me to Patterson Tustin Hyundai. He could not stop raving about their customer service and Tustin Hyundai was no except Tustin and that’s what brought me to Patterson Tustin Hyundai. He could not stop raving about their customer service and Tustin Hyundai was no exception. This dealership treats everyone, and I mean everyone, with the utmost respect and highest regard. It’s amazing to know that there are real dealerships that still care about their customers and making them feel good about their purchase. As soon as we walked through the door, we were immediately greeted by Jonathan and then approached by our salesman, Max Nieto. From start to finish, Max was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand what was important for me in a car, my needs with regard to size and features, and most importantly my budget. I had no intentions of buying a car today (whatsoever) and Max was able to make all the stars align to find me my dream car and ideal payment. He was never pushy or forceful, he made it very clear that I was in the driver’s seat of my purchase (pun intended). In addition to Max’s wonderful support, we were even more surprised at the incredible service we received from his manager Shawn Brown and Finance Manager “ZK.” Shawn gave Max the green light to make our dreams come true. He made our buying experience so smooth and easy. Furthermore, “ZK” should change his name to KZ- KING Z!!!! ZK is a seasoned, master negotiator that fought for our deal with every verbal weapon in his arsenal. He worked incredible magic alongside Shawn to get us to a payment we were comfortable with. ZK is the Muhammad Ali of financing. To say ZK went above and beyond would be the understatement of the century. Above and beyond is what the average finance manager does, ZK blows a hole through the atmosphere - he goes above, beyond, and so much farther than that. His dedication to making customers happy is unmatched. You can hear in his voice the genuine compassion, dedication, and heartfelt appreciation for every person he interacts with. He mentioned he’s been in the car industry for many years and it’s no wonder. Every dealership should have a ZK, and if they don’t they should send their customers to Hyundai Tustin!!!!! Even through back and forth negotiations we made it out of the dealership in less than 4 hours. Never have I been able to buy a car so fast - simply AMAZING. Lastly, the owner “JP” greeted and congratulated us personally on our new vehicle. I’ve bought many cars and never met a single owner. This experience has completely renewed my trust in dealers and I will happily come back when my lease ends. I’ve found my forever dealer and everyone should trust Patterson Autos for their vehicle purchases. Thank you to the entire team at Hyundai Tustin and Mazda Tustin for treating us like family and making our car dreams come true. XOXO More

Micheal was great guy and I tried a few other dealerships and the experince was a nightmare. But I do like to add that general sale manager Shawn, refused to speak to me the night before the purchase when I and the experince was a nightmare. But I do like to add that general sale manager Shawn, refused to speak to me the night before the purchase when I asked a technical question about the sales tax rate as there was some confusion. Basically told me they have hit their sales numbers and " for my own sake I should buy the car" and that sales tax is what it is, and he's tired of going back and forth with me after two text messages, one being about sales tax %. If I had got a better price or was willing to waste more time at dealerships I would not have bought with them simply because he was super rude to me and I felt disrespected. Again Micheal shieh was great through our the whole thing, so I do recommend Micheal but not Shawn the main guy. More

Overall the experience of buying the car was a little stressful, but that’s to be expected! Dennis was extremely helpful in trying to find the right car for me, but the actual dealership did have the ori stressful, but that’s to be expected!
