I have been in the automotive industry for seven years, with six of them spent selling Toyota products. I have been employed at Acton Toyota for 6 months and couldn't be happier. I have been ranked Bronze Level in the Toyota Sales Society for Superior Performance and Customer Satisfaction. I take great pride in my customer service satisfaction. I'm very thankful that Acton Toyota provides me the tools and support needed to deliver all my customers an excellent purchase experience. I currently drive a 2002 Toyota Camry and almost every member of my family owns a Toyota as well. I enjoy spending my free time with my son watching various sporting events.

I can't say enough great things about Shawn and Steve, who helped my daughter buy her first car. I sent a request to Acton Toyota looking for the Corolla Cross. Acton Toyota was one of the better dealerships I have worked with. The people were very nice and down to earth, not like the typical folk you experience at dealerships. The individuals I worked with were great - had a lot of useful information, took time to walk me through things, and seemed to be genuine. I only rate 4 star (and not 5) because there were various conversations that I had that I had to remind the employees about.. Numbers we agreed on, considerations with the trade in, which vehicle I was actually coming in for, etc. Luckily I was on my game so it ultimately wasn't a major problem. It would have been slightly better if I there was some way of these items being documented, or having the employees work with fewer customers but being able to give more attention to each. All around though, I had a good experience with this dealership. More
