My salesperson Gregory Werner and finance manager Shawn Malizio made the car buying process simple and straightforward (even with a trade-in vehicle). The price can't be beat and there were no gimmicks or haggling back and forth! As a woman, car buying can be a daunting experience, but not when you go to Audi Exchange! By far the most pleasant car shopping experiance I was in a market for a new car, and was looking into Audi and some of their competitors. Working with Lucas was a big difference comparing to other d I was in a market for a new car, and was looking into Audi and some of their competitors. Working with Lucas was a big difference comparing to other dealerships. He was highly professional, and respectful of my time. On my first visit, I've told him that I have about 30 minutes, and I was out in 30 minutes. There was no pressure in terms "if you buy now, I am going to give you a good deal" or similar statements. He was not running numbers in front of me and was totally transparent about the price and things offered. There was no a single moment I felt confused or being "worked out". Same story with Shawn - he was working with me on the final paperwork; no hidden cost outside of what Lucas told me and was willing to go over every paper I was signing - not just rushing through it. I am definitely going to be returning customer, this dealership is something different. More
