I dealt with John Sanson initialy.I called him after I dealt with John Sanson initialy.I called him after seeing the truck I wanted on their website.We came to an agreement on price,trade in value and f I dealt with John Sanson initialy.I called him after seeing the truck I wanted on their website.We came to an agreement on price,trade in value and financing over the phone.I told him what payment I was looking for and he got within 60cents.I drove to dealership a couple days later to make the deal.When I arrived the truck was ready,and after talking to John for a few he introduced me to Shawn Weissenbach.Shawn showed me the truck and answered all my questions.There were no surprizes,and everything was as agreed on the phone.My total time at the dealer was about 2 hours,which I thought was great.They will be the first place I look for any future purchases. More

Very typical experience with auto dealer. I believe I came away with a good price, but do not really know. Salesman used normal tactics, was friendly. so so experience....some aspects were OK (auto purchased was detailed nicely) but generally not impressed due to: 1) logistics .....two buildings in place; one for used car and other for credit/closing.. was detailed nicely) but generally not impressed due to: 1) logistics .....two buildings in place; one for used car and other for credit/closing....not within walking distance....cumbersome 2) Not only did I NOT get a decent deal, the explanations as to why negotiations were ending were insulting, patronizing at best (by insulting I mean there wasn't much intelligence behind them such as "well due to the rough economy, our dealership cnnot offer better deals. What >??????? Isn;t the consumer (me) also going throught the same rough economy???? Also only filling gas tank with $20 of fuel was not appreciated and comes across as unnecessarily cheap. 3) salesperson was not educated in the car he sold us (I basically did all the research on cars.com so I had the car picked out in advance) He offered very little if any help with the specifics of the car. His answer to my questions was mostly "check the owner's manual". Unacceptable 4) Financing associate was good. No problems. I forget his name More

Working with Shawn was good. He was honest about previous fender damage they dedected in paint shade difference. Negotiation on price was quickly done. I do wish more prep had been done on the car, i.e. ma fender damage they dedected in paint shade difference. Negotiation on price was quickly done.
