I went in for a 150,000 mile check up on my car. I'd told them over the phone the air bag light was on and wanted that checked too. Got there, they couldnt find me because they'd put me down for an I'd told them over the phone the air bag light was on and wanted that checked too. Got there, they couldnt find me because they'd put me down for an oil change at first. Finally found me, got asked if I wanted to do an alligment. Said yes, took 2 hours for the inspection, air bag light wasnt mentioned, drive out and realized a fender clip was bad, I'm not saying they caused it but they missed it. They could only do cambor on the alignment, so all in all I paid $350 for them to tell me my windshield wiper was bent and do 25 % of an alligment while missing my fender falling off and a safety light. It gets two stars because the popcorn was good. More

My vehicle was repaired by replacing a defective low pressure file pump. I am not happy with Toyota for not doing the replacement the first time the car broke down..
