Dave my service tech He’s very polite and courteous. I had to leave my car overnight. They arranged for me to get a ride home. The driver Michael was also very courteous and polite. Dave and Shazam went above and beyond to fix my ac in the heat of summer, the part was on backorder from Honda, but the part came in sooner. Now I'm enjoying my car once again. Super Quick & Well Done Recall! I was passing by this dealership during my work day and wanted to get a recall taken care of on a 2nd row seat in my Odyssey. I stopped in, they have I was passing by this dealership during my work day and wanted to get a recall taken care of on a 2nd row seat in my Odyssey. I stopped in, they have a Tech name Shazam who must be a Superhero because he got it done w/in minutes. I also talked with John Harbaugh a Sales Manager there at length (not the NFL Head Coach) and he was very engaging and informative about the Dealership. I was in and out of there faster than expected when I didn't even have an appointment. Well Done Jenkins Honda!!! More
