I was put in touch with salesman Anthony Hyde and set up a test drive on a Saturday evening after flying in from an out of town trip. The car was in excellent condition with one issue that we noticed after test driving. The issued was solved early the next week by the service team and we returned for another test drive, the vehicle performed as it should so we ended up purchasing the car. The whole experience was stressless and we felt very comfortable with the entire encounter, we would not hesitate to return to the dealership if the need to purchase another Cadillac occurred. More

Extremely happy!! I purchased a new 2018 Cadillac Escalade Platinum. My experience was pleasant and enjoyable the entire time. Michael greeted me before I even walked i I purchased a new 2018 Cadillac Escalade Platinum. My experience was pleasant and enjoyable the entire time. Michael greeted me before I even walked into the dealership from my car. He was calm, low stress, knowledgeable and I can say with conviction that he was in no way pushy AT ALL. He was so pleasant that when I told him that I was looking for the Escalade, he showed me a 2018 Premium that had about 3500 miles on it. It was definitely the right price and he in no way tried to push me out of my comfort zone or price range. In fact, he was getting the numbers for the Premium Luxury when I wandered into the showroom and saw the Platinum. I then asked for the pricing on this vehicle. He brought me both sets of numbers and when I saw the Platinum numbers I asked for a tad lower. They were able to meet this and I bought my new car!!! Not only was Michael awesome but I was trading in TWO vehicles. I only had one with me. They let me take the Cadillac home so I could show it off to my family and we brought in the second vehicle the next morning and finalized the sale. Everything was seamless and pleasant....that is the word I think that describes it best....is Pleasant. Side note....Michael is super funny (dry funny) and you can tell that everyone likes him!!! More

Wonderful Car Purchase Experience I have had the pleasure of purchasing 2 beautiful vehicles from Ed Morse Cadillac and each time I worked with my sales person Anthony. The level of cu I have had the pleasure of purchasing 2 beautiful vehicles from Ed Morse Cadillac and each time I worked with my sales person Anthony. The level of customer service that Anthony provided my family is immeasurable with words. Anthony is very kind and patient, he catered and work through each step of the car purchasing experience with myself and husband not just the selling element. Anthony understood that our newest purchase is for our youngest daughter and I can honestly say Anthony put himself in my husband and my shoes and approached the process as if he was purchasing the car for his own child. He stayed within our proposed budget, pointed out the safety features of the car that was selected, suggested additional features that would impress our teenage daughter, he even went as far as to have the seats adjusted to accommodate her hieght via another team member and help seal the surprise by letting us borrow a bright red bow from the dealership. CAR WAS SLOWING DOWN, PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED SO FAR THAT I CAN SEE,WILL KNOW MORE WHEN I TAKE A LONGER RIDE,PROBLEM WAS WITH CADILLAC,NOT ED MORSE SALES,OR SERVICE.MADE US V PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED SO FAR THAT I CAN SEE,WILL KNOW MORE WHEN I TAKE A LONGER RIDE,PROBLEM WAS WITH CADILLAC,NOT ED MORSE SALES,OR SERVICE.MADE US VERY NERVOUS COMING HOME FROM THE GARAGE.WE WHERE ALMOST REAR ENDED TWICE BECAUSE OF CAR SLOWING DOWN,THAN SHOOTING BACK UP TO SPEED.CAR SHUT DOWN COMPLETLY CLOSE TO HOME,HAD TO GET TOWED HOME.WENT FROM 70MPH,DOWN TO 20MPH,TWICE ON THE WAY HOME,THAN SHUT DOWN,AND WOULD NOT START UP AGAIN.
