Best Experience buying a car ever from start to finish. Lexus have Manhattan did an excellent job gaining my business. In particular, I was working with Raymond Liang over the course of several months. I was interested in a vehicle that was still in the conc business. In particular, I was working with Raymond Liang over the course of several months. I was interested in a vehicle that was still in the concept phase (Lexus TX), and I told him I was interested in purchasing this vehicle once it was released in production. I wanted a dealer contact to try to gain as much information as possible about the vehicle, and when it would be released, and he did an excellent job of getting me information with no guarantee that he would be making a sale again given that this vehicle was still a concept. Even after the vehicle came out, I extended my current lease, but still had thoughts of getting the TX. Raymond respectfully kept in contact, not in a pushy way, and eventually I was able to make a great deal with him. He didn’t work hard to force-sell me the car, he worked hard to inform me about the car, and get me a great deal, which is something I really appreciate from a salesman and what is ultimately what won my business. Highly recommended gentleman and dealership. More
