My primary sales contacts were Leo Khodos and General Manager Chris Lima. Leo was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information needed to make my purchase decision. As an out of state purchase, Leo made sure the process was seamless and efficient. Given his role as the dealership GM, I found Chris Lima as very hands-on and responsive. Yesenia worked diligently with me to find a car that worked for me both financially and aesthetically and I ended up with a better car than the one I initially inquired about! Superb. Customer service is 100% white glove from the on-site complementary Starbucks (with a barista!) to the BMW Geniuses who walked me through the tech in my new BMW and got me set-up. Al is easygoing, no pressure, really knows his stuff. Car arrived in 3 weeks (one week early!). Al gave me a quick tour of the service area while paperwork was processed. Ashourina the BMW Genius was great, her tutorial on the vehicle & the tech was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Motorwerks to friends. More

The team I worked with was Yesenia Cruz (Client Advisor), Ryan Durso (Finance Manager), Elvis Rusins (BMW Genius) and Ashourina Isho (BMW Genius). From the moment I walked through the door until I left with my BMW, the interaction with this team was exceptional. The entire process was transparent and this team kept me updated on the progress of my purchase even on a busy Saturday. Yesenia was also fantastic with follow-up after my purchase to make sure that items ordered for me (and even items I forgot in my trade-in) were delivered to me successfully. This team made the experience of purchasing a vehicle fun, which can be difficult to accomplish. Kudos to this very personable group that delivered a wonderful buying experience! More
