When the original unit we selected became unavailable shortly before our arrival, we were offered the same model in a higher trim level, with the identical interior and exterior color combination, at the previously agreed pricing. That adjustment reflected flexibility and customer-oriented decision-making. Ana in Finance conducted the documentation and product presentation process in a thorough and professional manner. Options were explained clearly, and our selections were respected without unnecessary pressure. Christian provided an insurance review across multiple carriers and offered objective comparisons, allowing us to make an informed decision. The end-to-end transaction lasted approximately four hours. All stages were handled appropriately; however, the finance phase represented the most time-intensive portion of the visit.
