Silas was very helpful with my purchase of the 2016 Honda CRV. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered many questions I had regarding the vehicle during the test drive. The only critique I would CRV. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered many questions I had regarding the vehicle during the test drive. The only critique I would have with Silas is about the test drive. I noticed a bad vibration when braking. Silas told me it was not a problem as it was likely dust in the brake lines. After I bought the vehicle and drove it a few days, the vibration didn’t get any better. I called the service manager who told me to come in right away and they would fix the issue at no charge and I was given an HRV loaner vehicle for the day. The overall experience was wonderful! More

I have purchased several cars over the years and it's generally a drawn out not pleasant experience. Working with Silas changed that into a very positive experience. Silas also programmed my and my wife's phones into our Pilot for us and went over all of the controls so we could more easily understand all of the new features. He also arranged getting a tow hitch installed on the EX-L model we chose, so when we picked up our Pilot is was exactly what we wanted. A great overall experience and I have already referred some close friends. More
