The staff and service at Monterey Lexus is the best! They are great at communicating when servicing my car and always give me a car to use if it is going to be more than a couple hours. I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with Lexus of Monterey Peninsula service department was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I was treated very poorly by the service manager Lexus of Monterey Peninsula service department was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I was treated very poorly by the service manager Victor whose Behavior was unprofessional and dismissive from the start instead of trying to resolve my issue the manager was rude and patient and made me feel as though my concerns didn't matter Good customer service is about respect and accountability obviously that was lacking here what should have been a simple and straightforward interaction turned into a frustrating ordeal due to the manager's attitude and in willingness to help. I expected much better from a company that claims to Value its customers. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers and myself were treated by the service manager Victor. Until then I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and Professional Service. More

Cars are great but the customer service is an absolute fail. The only thing the business/finance team did well was deposit the check. Paperwork was incorrect and late or never sent. 10 unreturned phone ca fail. The only thing the business/finance team did well was deposit the check. Paperwork was incorrect and late or never sent. 10 unreturned phone calls and counting. The sales manager and GM won’t even return a call. Do yourself a favor and buy that beautiful Lexus somewhere else! More
