He kept updating me every time, when he had news about my incoming car during waiting period. Temi explained and showed me all features inside the car very patiently, even when he needed to repeat them few times, because I couldn’t get them (English is my second language) and I tried to practice using them. One of the amazing thing about Temi is, that re recorded personalized videos with updates about my car. When I came to receive my car, there was a huge red bow on the hood of the car. It was fantastic and the best customer service experience in my life. Thank you, Temi. More
