After I unauthorized my credit from continuing to be ran, Jerry Ulm Violated my fair credit reporting rights by running my credit after I already revoked authorization. We have been told so many different things from this company and none of them aligned. I have over eight credit inquiries on my credit, yet the bank that we ended up getting financed through was the bank that I already had with them and was ran on the very first day of us coming into the dealership. So now I have all of these additional inquiries on my account, half of those were not authorized . Kevin has done his best to clean up this mess, but Soony and the finance team need a better process of communication. They also lost the key to our trade in. More

Once my mind was made up, the purchase went by quickly and the finance rep made the appropriate recommendations for my vehicle purchase. It was a difficult decision but the Jerry Ulm crew made it pleasantly satisfying. More
