In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. We have had a extremely tough summer with the loss of our son. We did not start searching for a car for our daughter until 2 1/2 weeks before she is off to college. Spyros Tabone at Roush was up for the task son. We did not start searching for a car for our daughter until 2 1/2 weeks before she is off to college. Spyros Tabone at Roush was up for the task. We knew the market was extremely limited and our daughter really wanted a specific blue. We were determined to get it for her after all we have been through. He knew this and knew we would be on a search that might take us elsewhere if he couldn't find the car, he didn't shy away. We spoke twice, going in the second time to test drive the CR-V & HR-V. He searched the inventory and there was something coming 2 weeks after she would off to college. He kept up the search and just as we were about to get up and walk away the car popped up in the screen and was coming in 2 days! Spyros's determination and possibly a little help from her big brother... it was the exact car she wanted. From start to his concern and caring and the end of the sale clinched the deal. He showed her all about the car, how to videos, and more. We had actually bought her brothers Civic from Roush Honda too! You really cannot go wrong with Roush, they are invested in getting you want you want even in these trying times... and they have a dealer offered warranty like no other. More

This was the first time I have ever entered a car dealership where I didn’t feel like I was being circled by vultures. Spyros was professional and very helpful. Best experience I've had buying a car. Spyros was our sales consultant and made the process effortless. We came from out of town and drove away in just over an hour with our new vehicle. We were able to complete all of our credit checks and loan paperwork prior to our arrival. This allowed Spyros to create our file and have everything ready for the financing department when we got to the dealership. Kyln was our financial representative and he was equally fantastic! He explained everything in simple detail. He answered all of our questions and like Spyros, didn't push any unnecessary extras (ie. gap insurance, extended warranties, rodeside assistance, etc.) What he did do was suggest the warranty that actually made sense due to all the sensors, radar, and electronics that came with our specific trim level of Passport. It was a great warranty and we chose to purchase! Don't hesitate to work with these folks - they are an employee-owned facility and don't push any extras on your purchase. This dealer simply hands you an iPad to look through any extras you want. They install them right then and you can roll cost right into your financing. Very convenient! More
