Explained things clearly today. I was in for express service, so nothing major except time waiting. If I'd known before buying tires elsewhere that this dealership offered a 6 mon I was in for express service, so nothing major except time waiting. If I'd known before buying tires elsewhere that this dealership offered a 6 month plan, I'd have possibly purchased here to save the trip for free tire rotation to the other place. Maybe next time...same with some of the other more expensive maintenance items. I love my car, I keep it maintained as recommended. I've learned the hard way though, that I can't say 'since I'm here go ahead and replace the wipers' or whatever, because I usually end up with a huge bill, which has been explained in the past that it's because they have to move to a different bay so it's the labor cost more than the wipers. I continue to go here though because it is an expensive vehicle and I want her to last as long as possible. More

Stacey took care of me when I took my car for inspection and auto butler. I asked about a recall on the battery and she looked into the situation. I had a battery installed and there was another year on the and auto butler. I asked about a recall on the battery and she looked into the situation. I had a battery installed and there was another year on the warranty. My car had the issues in the warranty and she took care of the repair to be done. More

The Africa American worker was super rude to me upon entering the garage. This was my first time with the service department. i parked & walked in. I didn’t get 4 words out before he cut me off & told m entering the garage. This was my first time with the service department. i parked & walked in. I didn’t get 4 words out before he cut me off & told me to pull into the garage while he rolled his eyes. I did as he asked. I then tried to ask him if he wanted my insurance & registration info & again rolled his eyes & didn’t answer. When I tried to ask again he cut me off saying, “i’m just supposed to get the car ready for service. I went in to the waiting area be greeted by a women who had more interest in her cell phone than me. I waited for my car inspection, oil change & car butler wax for 3.5 hours. I was told someone would come to the adjacent room to ket me know my car was ready. That didn’t happen because Stephanie was too busy on her cell phone. NEVER AGAIN!! I will let others know this is how service is conducted at this site. More
