Friendly, no pressure sale Stan was very courteous and explained the sale in easy to understand terms. There was no pressure to rush through anything. Came through for me in an emergency My car broke down on the interstate after the service dept had closed for the day. I had my car towed to HofM, and I am so glad I did. Not only were t My car broke down on the interstate after the service dept had closed for the day. I had my car towed to HofM, and I am so glad I did. Not only were they able to set me up with early appointment for the next morning, but they provided me a ride to a local hotel to stay the night. They were able to diagnose my cars problem, and fix it in a very quick manner. They even picked me up the next morning, and brought me back to the dealership. They knew I was in a desperate situation, yet the didn’t try to take advantage of the me (as many other places would’ve done). Both the sales staff and the service staff were my heroes. I will definitely take my car there if I ever break down in the area again. I couldnt recommend this dealership any higher. More
