He really helped me weigh my options, offered honest opinions, and gave me a sterling test drive/demonstration that really sold me on the car. His manager was willing to work with me to find the best deal and both he and Stanley seemed to be quite genuine in wanting to help me end up with the car and the deal I wanted. I've been in high pressure sales experiences before and thus loathed buying cars, but they made it super easy and pleasant. I won't be needing service for a while, but their facilities were very clean, organized, and customer friendly, which impressed me. More
