service was great, the manager was rude Had a check engine light checked at the service center, that experience was great. Stephanie busted her butt the entire time it was there keeping me i Had a check engine light checked at the service center, that experience was great. Stephanie busted her butt the entire time it was there keeping me in the loop and trying to get them to get it in and out as fast as possible. However when my car was there it was keyed. Spoke with the service manager I forget his name. He was extremely rude and nasty and told me word for word “not his problem” I have to go through my insurance company there is nothing they are going to do for me. Then I come to find out it has been an on going issue that there had been other cars keyed. The manager should be informing customers of this issue so that they are aware if they don’t need to keep the vehicle there over the weekend they don’t. GM called me the next day and apologized for everything. He was great and was able to help me as much as possible More
