Absolutely no pressure to buy the car, very patiently arranged test drives and answered innumerable questions about differences in engine size and options available on different models. Stephanie was extremely pleasant and professional in every interaction. If she didn't know the answer, she sought it out. After making the decision to buy, I spoke with Terrance Caldwell for the financing. Like Stephanie, he was extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable and made it feel like he personally appreciated that I purchased the car. After several weeks I came back for the in-person vehicle setup check and met with Ava Leverance. She knew the car inside and out and shared many insights so that I could get more out of the many features of the car. Her in-depth knowledge of the car was impressive and her professionalism made me very glad I purchased the car from Wilde. More

Started with looking at used cars, then decided to look at new. The used car sales associate introduced us to the new car sales division. Would highly recommend Wilde to anyone looking for a vehicle. Spent three years shopping, Wilde Subaru was the best I met I've been shopping for a new car for three years. In the process I made a spread sheet listing the attributes I sought and the importance of each, al I've been shopping for a new car for three years. In the process I made a spread sheet listing the attributes I sought and the importance of each, along with some things I didn't want to have (or at least pay for - such as 400 watts and a dozen speakers, a sun/moon roof, and a subscription navigation package. Amongst other places, I took the list to Wilde Subaru in Waukesha where Stephanie H. delved into my spread sheet and figured out how to order vehicles with the attributes I sought while avoiding what I didn't want to purchase. She was a font of knowledge. I realize that she is a young woman, but my wife was impressed that Stephanie never gave the slightest impression that any question of hers was unworthy of a sincere explanation. This was in stark contrast to a male sales representative at a dealership for another brand on 108th Street in Milwaukee, where my wife declared to me that we were leaving. Maybe it is just the nature of Wilde Subaru, but the man who handled the purchase process for the vehicles, Brett D. was also outstanding. I had talked with my personal banker about financing auto purchases. Brett had such complete and identical information that I would suspect that my personal banker had briefed Brett were it not for the fact that my banker didn’t know what I might purchase or from whom. In addition, Brett presented a half dozen optional packages I could purchase and discussed the costs and benefits of each with no pressure to buy. If everyone at Wilde is as outstanding as these two individuals, Wilde will dominate the southeast Wisconsin market. In closing I would also mention that my wife taught for forty years. She pointed out that both the individuals we dealt with had extensive vocabularies, never misused a word, and never made a grammatical error. She considers these characteristics marks of professionalism, intelligence, knowledge and trustworthiness. That certainly is the impression they conveyed to me.
