I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contested Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contested my concern about a malfunctioning radio. As a first-time customer, I immediately felt unheard. I was later texted that my car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership an hour and a half later, I was told the radio hadn’t even been tested yet and the car was still in service. I had to wait while they completed work that should have already been done. Then came day two. After everything that had already happened, they decided to keep the car an additional day. I had to secure a rental, and I received no proactive communication. In fact, I had to repeatedly call just to get a status update because my service advisor was completely unreachable. I live less than 1.5 miles from this dealership, yet based on this experience, I would rather drive across town to a different Cadillac dealer than return here. Cadillac positions itself as a premium brand. The service experience should reflect professionalism, accountability, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below that standard. I took my escalade in for the same problem 2 months ago and got it back assuming it was fixed but had the same issue with the gas tank as still happening even though they had supposedly addressed. Because of the continued gas issue we took it in again while we were gone on our Christmas break and had to pay out of pocket instead of using the extended warranty so something they should have addressed in November when we took it in because it was all in the same has tube area that williamson had worked on previously. I rhino Stephanie did her best but the mechanics should have been able to diagnose the issue in November instead of having take the car in again within a month time. More
