Born and raised in London, her down time is spent convincing her daughter that Blue Rodeo really is the best band ever, hitting local markets, checking out new restaurants, killing hours upon hours at Boler Mountain and living that mom life! Having looked extensively for a car it was refreshing to run into Miss Shearsby at Lexus of London. This girl is a professional; far beyond programmed and robotic responses of other dealerships . We knew we wanted a luxury SUV and were comparing BMW, Mercedes with Lexus. With Stephanie's Shearsby's help, we were confident in choosing the RX350 over the rest. The test drive convinced us of the supe Mercedes with Lexus. With Stephanie's Shearsby's help, we were confident in choosing the RX350 over the rest. The test drive convinced us of the superior comfort and quiet, smooth ride. Stephanie further explained all of the features in detail, and worked with us to arrive at a suitable financing option. Joe Mazzella was thorough in his review of the financing. We have been driving this vehicle for over 6 months and love it. Each time we have been in for servicing, it has been a delight... being attended to with care and respect.... right down to silencing a small noise in the door and supplying a courtesy car if needed. If Stephanie was around, she always took time to chat.... such a nice touch! The only complaint is that the Owner's Guide is huge ;-) More
