I recently purchased a car at Heritage Toyota Owings Mills, and I was extremely pleased with the experience. He was also very helpful in walking me through the process, while being respectful of my price range and monthly payment budget. Also, when I met with the lady in charge of financing, she was also very helpful and spent a lot of time assisting me in keeping the payments within my budget. The management team is by far one of the worst teams I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. It was so much run around and little to no follow up or follow through! I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. I understand buying a car can be a long and involved process, but I feel my experience was worse than it should have been based off the lack of communication about things. Katie, however, was and is absolutely amazing to work with. She is very kind and definitely has the personality to be in this business. She also followed up on things with me multiple times, even though, I feel some of those things should have been followed up on by a manager. I would absolutely recommend Katie, but the management team needs a few lessons on customer service and communication. More

Stephanie went over and beyond what a great customer service and finance rep has to do.
