Really poor experience. I bought a preowned Hyundai Kona for my daughter, Salespeople very nice but The CARFAX report called for serviced on December 2023. What a surprise when I took it to my trusted mechanic. Brake pads worn out to the point that front rotors had to be replaced. Filters all plugged in, Oil level and brake fluid below the minimum. Had to pay near $420.00 to bring it to the minimum level of reliability. More

The worst dealership, they didn't give me the manual and the spare key, I'm supposed to pick it up, they didn't have a clue where to find it and nobody knew nothing, I went many times and just they pissing the spare key, I'm supposed to pick it up, they didn't have a clue where to find it and nobody knew nothing, I went many times and just they pissing me off.
